8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. margarine, softened
3 T. milk
2 T. dry Sherry
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
1 cup walnuts, chopped medium

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except walnuts, until creamy. Stir in walnuts. Pack into 2 cup non-metal container and cover tightly. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Lasts 2 weeks. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
