1 beef flank steak
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 garlic cloves
1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place steak in 11 x 7 x 2 glass dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover and
refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Remove meat and grill over hot coals.
