6 oz. spaghetti
2 T. butter or margarine
1/3 c. grated Parmesan
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. tomatoes, cut up
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 t. sugar
1 t. dried oregano
1/2 t. garlic salt
8 oz. cottage cheese
2 oz. shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions and drain. Stir butter into hot spaghetti along with Parmesan and eggs. Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in a buttered 10" pie pan.
In skillet cook ground beef, onion, and green pepper until meat is cooked and vegs are tender. Drain and stir in tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano, and garlic. Heat through.
Spread cottage cheese over bottom of the crust. Fill pie with tomato mixture. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella and bake 5 more minutes.
