1cup - Butter
2cups - Sugar
5 - Eggs
2tbsp - Almond extract
1tsp - Vanilla extract
2cups - Flour

2- Small bread loaf pans

Melting chocolate & sweet berries (ie. Raspberries)

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar.

Stir in eggs.

Add almond, vanilla, and flour. Mix well.

Grease pans and add batter.

Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes (until thoroughly cooked).

Drizzled chocolate and berry garnishes add great flavor!

Take out early if cake starts to look/feel dry (pound cakes are best a bit moist) - I have noticed discrepancies between different ovens.
