Ingredients:  
4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup lukewarm water
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and baking powder together. Mix in oil, and slowly add water. Form into a ball and knead thoroughly. Wrap in a towel and let set for 10 - 20 minutes. Form into small balls. Roll out flat on a lightly floured board. Cook on a very hot, ungreased griddle until freckled, flip over. Serve warm. Store tortillas tightly wrapped.
