1 pouch (8.8 oz) Uncle Ben's 90 Sec Long Grain and Wild Ready Rice
1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
2 c. frozen chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 jar (20 oz.) chunky tomato pasta sauce
1 can (14 1/2 oz) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (14 oz.) beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, cook the beef, green peppers and onions until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the pasta sauce, tomatoes, broth and prepared rice; heat through.

I like to add a little garlic when I'm cooking the meat, peppers, and onion. You can also mix up the flavor by getting different pasta sauces; whether you want it spicy or mild.
