Ingredients:  
3 eggs
3 Tbsp peach jam
3/4 cup half and half milk ( or whole cream)
1/2 cup melted butter
6 slices bread

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, jam, milk and butter together. Dip bread into mixture and cook like you would with normal French toast. Serve with fresh sliced peaches and whipped cream ... and more peach jam!!
