5 cups cooked chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 (10oz) pkg frozen peas
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
4 green onions, chopped
1 small amount sweet pickles, chopped
1 small can sliced olives
1 jar chopped pimentos

1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients for salad. For dressing mix ingredients. Makes more than enough dressing for what is needed. About half this amount is needed.
