2 medium Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
1 lime
1 (11oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup halved seedless red grapes
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 (8oz) carton vanilla low fat yogurt
2 tbsp nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Do not peel apples. Core and slice apples. Cut apples into sixths. Zest lime. Combine apples, lime zest, mandarin oranges, and grapes in bowl. Add marchmallows and yogurt, mix gently. Chop nuts and sprinkle over salad. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
