2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups shredded carrots
1 cup cooking oil
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
In a bowl combine flour sugar, baking powder,baking soda, and cinnamon. Add carrot,oil and eggs. Beat with electric mixer until combined.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 1 1/2 inch round baking pans. Bake and cool thoroughly before serving.
