baked 9" pie shell, 3/4 c sugar, 3 Tbsp cornstarch, 4 C blueberries(1 1/2 lbs.), 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 C water, 1 Tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, Whipped cream.

Directions:
Directions:
combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan. Add water and 2 cups blueberries, cook over medium heat,stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and is thick. Remove from heat and stir in butter and lemon jc. then cool. Place remaining blueberries in pie shell and top with cooked blueberry mixture. Chill and serve with whipped cream or ice cream on top.
