3 Tbsp olive oil, 2 1/2 lb. fresh chicken breast diced in small bites, 1 inch ginger root, 2 Tbsp grill seasoning(like Montreal seasoning by McCormick), 2 red peppers diced, 1 bunch green onions diced, salt & pepper.

Sauce:3 cloves garlic minced, 1/2 C hoisin sauce(Asian BBC sauce), 1/4 C chicken stock, 1 can sliced water chestnuts drained(8oz.), 1/4 lb. fresh bean sprouts, 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, 7 oz. can sliced mushrooms.

Sprinkle chicken with grill seasoning and red pepper flakes. Heat a large skillet or wok to screaming hot then add olive oil and then chicken for 2 mins, then add the ginger, garlic, peppers, green onions and stir fry 2 more mins. add mushrooms, water chestnuts and bean sprouts. toss and cook another minute.
Turn heat to low and Add hoisin sauce and chicken stock to glaze the mixture, toss 2 minutes. Transfer cooked chicken and veggies to a bowl, place spoonfuls of mix in lettuce leafs like a taco. Enjoy!!
