1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. accent
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. corn starch
1 egg (beaten)
1 c. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together well and dip fish. Best when fried in deep fat fryer. This recipes is also great for onion rings.
