2 Meduim Butternut Squash
4 Onions
6-8 Cups of Water
2 cups chicken soup (chicken powder in water)
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
You will need and 8 quart pot for this soup
Cut onions and Saute
Cut butternut sqaush and saute. Keep on mixing the squash until it gets soft. Add a little water to the pot while you are mixing it. Keep on a low flame until the squash is soft.
Add 6-8 cups of water.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook on a low flame until the squash is soft.
Using a hand blender, blend the squash.
Add 2 cups of chicken soup.
Cook on a low flame for 1-2 hours.
You can a meat bones for a yummy taste.
