Crust:
3 cups frozen hash browns
salt and pepper
1/2 stick melted butter

Filling:
1 cup any meat (ham, sausage, bacon)
1/2 cup any veggies (onions, peppers, mushrooms)
3 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
1 cup half and half
cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Grease pie plate. In bowl mix hash browns, 1/2 stick melted butter and salt and pepper. Press firmly into pie plate. Bake at 450 for 25 minutes. Cool.

Combine all filling ingredients into bowl. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
