4 lbs potatoes
1 stick butter
1 cup milk, room temperature
1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
bacon
salt and pepper
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Fry bacon and cut into small chunks. Set aside. Cook potatoes, drain. Add butter, milk, salt and pepper and mash. Add mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, and bacon. Stir. Spoon into buttered 9x13-inch pan. Put bread crumbs and Parmesan on top.

Bake for 20 minutes.
