2 eggs,
2-1/2 cups flour,
1-1/2 cups sugar,
1-1/2 cups oil,
1 cup buttermilk,
1 teaspoon soda,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
1 teaspoon vinegar,
1-1/2 teaspoons cocoa,
2 oz. red food color

Icing
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese,
1 box confectioners sugar,
1 stick margarine,
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Dump all ingredients in a large bowl; mix for 4 min., Bake in 3 9" pans which have been greased and floured. Bake about 15 min. at 350.

Icing
Cream margarine, sugar, cheese together. Add sugar, vanilla and enough water (about 2 to 6 teaspoons) to make spreading consistency.
