1 15 oz Can of Pumpkin
1 C Veggie Oil
4 Eggs
2 C Sugar
2 C Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat together eggs, oil, pumpkin, and sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients until evenly mixed. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until center springs back when touched.

Serve with whipped topping or a cream cheese frosting.

My husband enjoys these brownies in the fall. Not too sweet, but good.
