2 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour into a bowl and add sugar. In a separate bowl beat together eggs and milk. Stir in sifted mixture and mix well. Add vegetable oil. Beat just until the batter is smooth. Use batter on waffle iron.
