4 inch linked smoked sausage, sliced
¾ pound shrimp in the shell
1 ear corn
1 small new potato
4 crab claws
crab boil seasoning (Old Bay- about 2 tsp. per quart of water)

Directions:
Directions:
Fill pot with just enough water to cover all ingredients. Add crab boil, potato and sausage. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add corn and crab claws and cook for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes or until done. Drain. Serve on cookie sheets or on table covered with newspaper. Serve with beer and rolls. Serves 1.

Note: Adjust cooking time if cooking large quantities. Shrimp are done when large shrimp are opaque all the way through when cut in half.

This is the ultimate casual and fun dish. You can serve it for a party of 4 to 100 and they’ll love it!!!
