1 lb ground chuck
1 lb of ground chuck
1 package of taco seasoning mix
1 package of large flour tortillas
1 head of lettuce shredded
3 large tomatoes diced
2 lbs of shredded Mexican blend cheese
sour cream
taco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare ingredients....brown meat and taco seasoning as stated on package...Call the guests to where the food is laid out in this order tortillas, meat, lettuce tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and salsa...Heat griddle that has been lightly coated with cooking spray. As the guests file thru heat the tortillas, and place on their plate, and let each one fix their own taco. When finished fold bottom of tortilla up and then each side leaving the top open.
