3 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
3 slices red onion, chopped
3 tbsp red wine
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp basalmic vinegar (or rice vinegar)
1/4 tsp course ground pepper

Carefully fold all ingredients together in serving bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
