10 Apples sliced
1/2 c. oil
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. b.p.
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place apple slices in pan and sprinkle lemon juice on top
mix batter and pour over apples
Bake at 350 for approx. 1/2 hr
