16 oz. elbow macaroni (uncooked)

2 stalks celery diced finely

1 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Cook macaroni in salted water per package directions. When macaroni is cooked, drain, then cover with cold water, then drain again. Set aside to drain thoroughly. Put sugar in water and cook peas (do not overcook, as you want them bright green and firm). Drain and set aside.

Place all ingredients in large bowl and stir/fold gently to coat all. Sprinkle with paprika to garnish if desired.
