3 lbs. Green Tomatoes
2 Green Bell Peppers
1 Red Bell Pepper (You can use Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers to add color and taste)
3 lbs. Yellow Onions
5 Cayenne Peppers
3 lbs. Cabbage
1 tbs. Mixed Pickling Spice
2 1/2 cups Sugar
5 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 qt. Vinegar

Chop up and cook until done to taste
Pack in hot sterile jars
