1 c sugar
6 tsp cornstarch
Dash of salt
1 c water
1 3-oz pkg peach jello
1 qt fresh peaches
2 baked 9" pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add water, cook until clear. Add jello; stir until dissolved. Cool. Add peaches; refrigerate until starts to congeal. Pour into cold pie shells. Refrigerate until serving time. Top with whipped cream if desired.
