6 to 8 chicken breasts, boiled and boned
8 oz angel hair pastas
2 onion copped
2 green pepper , chopped
1 cup diced celery
1 tsp salt
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
12 jar chopped pimentos, with juice
1 # Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/ to 1 cup half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta in chicken brother, drain. Saute onions, pepper, celery and sale in oil until tender, ass mushroom and pimientos. Combine chopped chicken, pasta, Velveeta and onion mixture, simmer until cheese melts. Add half & half and pour into oblong casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight or freeze. Bake at 350 until hot.
