6 ripe firm bananas
1 1/2 c orange juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c quick cooking oats
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
6 T cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Slice bananas and place in 6 greased 1-cup ramekins or custard cups. In a measuring cup, combine orange juice and vanilla; pour over bananas. In a large bowl combine flour, oats, brown sugar, nutmeg, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles small peas. Spoon crumble mixture evenly over fruit. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm with whipping cream or ice cream. Can also be served on a cold morning as a fruit dish.
