1 lb. chopped meat
1 egg
garlic powder
pepper
pkg. onion sp. mix dissolved in 1 1/2 c. warm water
1 onion
mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef with egg, spices and 1/3 of the onion sp. mixture. Form 4 patties, larger than hamburgers. Sear patties in frying pan for a few minutes on each side. (without oil). Saute onion rings with mushrooms. Pour onions and mushrooms with onion sp. mixture over patties. Cover and bake for 45 minutes @ 350.
