8 Minute steaks
2 lg. cans mushrooms
4 lg. onions
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute all vegetables. Add spices. Place minute steaks in a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle steaks with paprika. Cover to coat with sauteed vegetables. Cover tightly and bake at 300 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until desired doneness. Serve over rice.
