1 can cream corn
1 c. milk
18 saltine crackers
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
3 eggs
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 T. butter
dash hot sauce
dash paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT egg whites, paprika, and saltines together. Beat egg whites until foamy and add to mixture.

Grease casserole dish. Pour mixture into dish. Sprinkle paprika and crushed saltines on top.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes until set.
