8 oz. grated mild cheddar cheese
8 oz. grated medium cheddar cheese
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 carton sour cream
Chili powder or crushed nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the grated cheeses together. Add 1/2 carton of sour cream and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Shape into logs- 6 or 7 small logs or 3 large rolls. Roll these in chili powder or crushed nuts. Store in refrigerator.
