1 c. water
4 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 medium onions
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. pepper
2 slices lemon
1 c. ketchup
6 to 8 center cut pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT pork chops, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Let simmer 15 minutes. Add ketchup and Worcestershire. Pour over chops. Bake in preheated oven for 350 for 1 hour.
