1 package of mixed beans
water
Ham hocks
Polish sausage (sliced)
1 cup chopped celery
1 large onion chopped
1 cup sliced carrots
1 lb canned tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight in enough water to cover. Next day drain and add 3 quarts water, ham hocks and sausage. Simmer for two hours. Remove the ham hock bone and add vegetable, salt, pepper and cook until vegetables are tender.
