1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies into fine crumbs in a food processor or by using a rolling pin in a resealable plastic bag. Add cream cheese; mix until blended. Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls, about 1 inch diameter.

Dip balls in melted chocolate. Refrigerate until firm. Store truffles, covered in refrigerator.
