4 eggs
2/3 cup of milk
1 tsp. of dry mustard
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. of sour cream
1 lb. of ground sausage
2 pie shells, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, drain well, and place in uncooked pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over sausage in pie shell.

Bake at 350 for one hour.

Sometimes I use cooked bacon in the place of sausage. Also you can add more cheese if you like it really :"cheesy"! This freezes well.
