Ingredients:  
1 lb spicy ground pork sausage
1 c diced yellow onion
2 tbsp diced jalapeno
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 10 oz can Rotel spicy diced tomatoes & green chiles, undrained
2 lb Velvetta processed cheese food
1/4 c chopped cilantro

1 bag tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage until it starts to brown. Drain oil from sausage. Add onion, jalapeno & garlic - saute with the sausage until tender. Add Rotel - cut the cheese into pieces & melt - add cilantro. Serve hot with chips.
