1 box Cinnamon graham crackers
1 - 5 oz. (or two 3 oz) French Vanilla instant pudding
3 C. milk
1 - 9 oz. Cool Whip
Caramel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding mix with milk, fold in Cool Whip. Place one layer of cinnamon graham crackers in bottom of 9X13 pan. Layer with half of pudding mixture. Repeat layers of crackers and then rest of pudding mixture. Top with another layer of cinnamon crackers. Pour caramel ice cream topping over the top. Refrigerate and let set for several hours so that the ice cream topping soaks into the crackers.
