Directions:
Place whole graham crackers on bottom of 9X13 pan. Mix 6 oz. Instant French Vanilla pudding with 3 C. milk. Fold in 9 oz. Cool Whip. Put half of pudding mixture on top of graham crackers. Cover with another layer of graham crackers and then the rest of the pudding. Top off with another layer of graham crackers. Frost and refrigerate.

Frosting:
Melt 1/3 C. chocolate chips and 3 T. margarine. Add 2 T. white corn syrup and 1 tsp. vanilla. Add 1-1/2 C. powdered sugar and beat in 3 T. milk.
