2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/3 cup cocoa
3 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
2 sticks of margarine
11/2 cups of plain flour or 1 1/2 cup of self rising flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 of a 10oz. package miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Let butter and eggs come to room temperature. Cream butter and sugar and add eggs. Sift flour, cocoa and salt together. Add cream mixture and mix well. Add vanilla and nuts.

Pour into a 13x9 inch pan for 35 minutes at 300 degrees. Remove from the oven pour on the marshmallows and return to oven for 10 minutes. Cool 1 hour before serving

Icing for the Mudpies
1 box of 4x sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 sticks margarine
1/3 cup of canned milk
1/3 cup chopped nuts
Mix sugar and cocoa then add melted butter, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth and add nuts. Spread over the mudpies and cool. Cut in squares when ready to serve.
