4 or 5 Raw Potatoes
2 Onions
4 Tsp. Oil
1/2 C. Tomatoes (diced)
1 C. Meat Stock
2 C.Beef (cooked &chopped)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Almost mince potatoes and onions. Put oil in iron skillet and heat. Add potatoes, onions, tomatoes, stock and cover til potatoes are done.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking/burning. Then add chopped meat and season with salt & pepper.
Serve hot.
