1 lb. very lean ground round
5 thick slices bacon, chopped
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
6 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
In a large skillet, cook beef, bacon, mushrooms, onion and garlic until beef is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in flour; add broth, soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and paprika. Bring to boil; simmer 10 minutes

Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Stir sour cream into beef mixture. Cook 2 minutes -- do not boil.

Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with cheese.
