5-6 lbs. pork butt roast
1-1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl; mix and spread evenly over roast. Roast in slow cooker on High for 4-1/2 hours or on Low for 7 hours. Do not remove lid on cooker during cooking time.

Remove roast; let stand for 20 minutes to cool. On cutting board, pull, cut or chop pork. Put back in slow cooker and stir.

If too juicy, add 1 tbsp. corn starch to 6 oz. water; stir into cooker; cook until thickens.
