8 frying chicken thighs
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
2 tbsp. lemon zest
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. corn starch
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1 pkg. (8 oz.) angel hair pasta

Directions:

Spray slow cooker with Pam. Arrange chicken in slow cooker.

In a small bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Pour 1/2 this mixture over chicken.

Cook on High for 3-1/2 hours or on Low for 5-1/2 hours. Remove chicken. Place on platter and cover to keep warm.

Add cornstarch to remaining 1/2 liquids; stir and add to liquids in slow cooker. Cook 5 minutes. Add spinach.

Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Add to liquids in cooker. Cook 20 minutes on High. Stir and place in serving bowl with chicken.
