Dilled Tuna Salad Recipe

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sour cream
4 tsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans (6 oz.) water-pack tuna, drained
4 tsp. onion, chopped
2 cups baby spinach, chopped
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 red onion, cut in half, sliced
3 tsp. olive oil
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. tarragon and basil

In a small bowl, mix first 7 ingredients. Stir in tuna and onion.

Layer spinach, tomato slices, onion slices on each plate. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, tarragon and basil; pour over slices. Top with tuna mixture.
