4 large tomatoes
1-1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup deli ham, diced
1/2 cup aged cheddar cheese, shredded
4 tbsp. celery, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. onion powder or salt
Lettuce leaves or baby spinach leaves

Directions:

Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.

Meanwhile, cut a thin slice off top of each tomato. Scoop out pulp leaving outside shell. Invert tomatoes on paper towel to drain.

In a bowl combine macaroni, ham, cheese and celery. In a small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, onion powder; mix well. Pour over salad to coat.

Spoon into tomato cups. Serve on lettuce lined plate.
