2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 teasp. salt
3 cups Quaker Oats
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, blend together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Stir in oats and raisins; mix well. Drop by rounded tbsps. onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in pre-heated 350 oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute on cookie sheet. Remove to wire cooling rack.
