1 lb. Black Angus chopped beef stew meat in small pieces.

1 onion diced
1 green pepper cut in small strips
4 oz. soy sauce
4 oz. Worcestershire
5 oz. water
8 oz. white rice.
salt to your taste
pepper to your taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion, pepper, salt, green pepper, then add soy sauce, water, Worcestershire bring to a boil reduce heat and let simmer for 1 hour.

Cook rice as directed on package then drain. Place rice on the plat and put meat mixture over top of it.
