1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix flour, salt, pepper, and 2/3 cup cheese. Cut in butter until particles are the size of small peas. Shape in a smooth ball and roll out on a lightly floured board to form a rectangle 1/2" thick, keeping edges even.

2) Brush with milk and sprinkle with cheese. Cut in 1/2" cubes. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container. Reheat if desired.
