3 eggs
2/3-3/4 c sugar
2/3-3/4 c oil
Pinch salt
2 t baking powder
T tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
3 c flour, I use at least 2 whole wheat
Add 1 c chopped nuts, or raisins or craisins or choc chips, or mix them.

Mix all together, dough may be a bit difficult to handle. Shape into loaves (3 or 4) on a baking pan, not too wide or else they are difficult to cut later.
Bake at 325 for 25 min. Cool for 5-10 min, then cut them into slices. Return to oven at 300 for 10-15 min until dry.
